These Terms of Service govern your use of whoptime.com and purchases made from WhopTime.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

WhopTime currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States.
Products
WhopTime sells fashion wristbands, replacement wristbands, non-electronic style modules, and related accessories.
Certain wristbands are designed to be compatible with WHOOP 5.0 devices.
Unless clearly stated otherwise:
- Electronic WHOOP devices are not included.
- WHOOP sensors are not included.
- WHOOP batteries or chargers are not included.
- WHOOP subscriptions are not included.
- WhopTime Style Modules are non-electronic.
A WhopTime Style Module does not measure:
- Heart rate
- Sleep
- Recovery
- Activity
- Fitness performance
- Health information
It contains no electronic tracking functionality.
Compatibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product and configuration.
Certain wristbands are designed for customers who already own a compatible WHOOP 5.0 electronic module.
Customers who do not own a compatible electronic module may require a WhopTime Style Module in order to wear the wristband for aesthetic purposes.
Product compatibility information is displayed on the relevant product pages.

WhopTime is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially associated with WHOOP, Inc.
WHOOP and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.
References to WHOOP are used only where necessary to describe compatibility.
Prices
Prices on the U.S. storefront are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
The final amount payable will be displayed before your order is confirmed.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be shown during checkout.
Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including cases involving:
- Payment failure
- Suspected fraud
- Incorrect pricing
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect shipping information
- Website or listing errors
If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, the appropriate refund will be issued.
Payments
Orders must be paid using a payment method available at checkout.
Payments may be processed by Shopify or other third-party payment processors.
Your bank or payment provider may apply additional charges outside WhopTime’s control.
Shipping
Orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Carrier delays, customs procedures, weather, public holidays, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible purchases are covered by our Returns & Refund Policy.
WhopTime currently offers eligible U.S. customers a 30-day return period.
Promotions and Bundles
WhopTime may offer:
- Quantity discounts
- Bundle discounts
- Promotional codes
- Free Style Modules
- Other promotional gifts
Promotional offers may be subject to specific conditions shown on the website.
Free promotional items do not have cash redemption value.
If a qualifying bundle is returned, any promotional item received as part of that offer may also need to be returned.
Product Images
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately.
However, colors, textures, printing, and hardware finishes may vary slightly because of:
- Screen settings
- Lighting
- Manufacturing batches
- Normal production variations
Intellectual Property
Original WhopTime branding, website content, graphics, designs, and written materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without authorization.
Third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WhopTime is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our website or products.
WhopTime is not responsible for the operation, accuracy, software, subscription services, measurements, or performance of third-party electronic devices.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
